The Non-Financial Risk Projects team within Banking and Financial Services is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of significant regulatory and risk programs focused on uplifting our risk maturity. We solve complex problems in the simplest way possible for our teams and customers.

What role will you play?

As a Delivery Lead in our Non-Financial Risk Projects team, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering complex regulatory and risk programs of work across the business. You will collaborate with Banking and Wealth Product Teams, Technology, Legal/Compliance, Line 2 Risk and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.

What you offer

  • Experience in project delivery and governance in the financial services industry. Experience delivering regulatory and/or risk projects is valuable.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • A proactive approach to planning, managing deadlines and juggling multiple tasks concurrently, with an ability to prioritise effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including product, technology, legal/compliance and line 2 risk
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian toolkit (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is beneficial.
