We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join our Macquarie Technology Business Management, Leadership and Learning team.

What role will you play?

Leveraging your strong skills in understanding complex business processes and analysing data to drive actionable insights, you will work with a small team to identify, define and deliver changes that enhance operational efficiency and support our strategic goals.

Working closely with Business Managers across Technology, you will play a key role in developing and embedding innovative project management practices across Technology, driving cross functional collaboration, building innovative data analytics to measure and guide decision making on projects and adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.

• Range of project delivery experience in financial services or banking industry
• A growth mindset and continuous improvement behaviours through your previous proven experience
• Strong sense of ownership to follow your deliverables through to closure
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• An excellent communicator and confident influencer, with the ability to engage with stakeholder groups at all levels
• An analytical risk management mindset, good prioritisation skills, and decision-making ability to efficiently solve problems and understand when and how to escalate.
