Our Central Product and Delivery team, part of Macquarie’s Risk Management Group, delivers change initiatives that support our Compliance function. We work closely with colleagues across the business to drive technology and process improvements, ensuring our risk management capabilities remain robust, responsive, and aligned with our organisational goals.

What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of key Compliance risk projects, including technology implementations and enhancements within Position Reporting. You will act as a central point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout each project. Your leadership will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and achieve meaningful outcomes for the organisation.

What you offer

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) managing projects within medium to large organisations, with a strong background in technology, data, and vendor collaboration
  • Prior involvement in Compliance risk initiatives within financial services, ideally including Position Reporting or similar platforms
  • The ability to engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, business partners, technology and data teams, and subject matter experts
  • Hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies and practical use of tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong project management skills, including governance, scope and schedule management, risk mitigation, and resource planning, with a proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and build high-performing teams.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
