What role will you play?

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Consumer Marketing, you will lead a senior team including brand experience and governance, creative excellence and the creative design functions to ensure they deliver exceptional brand and creative outcomes and drive efficiencies.   

In this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing our short and long-term brand strategy and translating this into a road map to deliver our ambition. The brand strategy will also be developed into a ‘living the brand’ program of work to educate, engage and equip the consumer (home loans and deposits) and digital ecosystems to bring the brand to life through a considered and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

In addition, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and consideration as a growth lever and develop a strategic brand experience scorecard that measures and tracks performance against the brand strategy.

What you offer

  • 10+ years of experience in Brand strategy for consumer brands
  • Proven track record of elevating consumer brands and building brand programs including playbooks or guidelines
  • Experience working in a large and agile organisation in a regulated industry
  • Expertise in bringing brands to life through storytelling
  • Executive-level communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing and developing high performing teams by driving clear direction and leaning into coaching and development opportunities.
