Our team designs and runs the Cards Platform that powers everyday spending for our customers, from card payments to digital wallets. We focus on secure, reliable and seamless transactions that support how customers use their money every day.

What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the vision and roadmap for the Cards Platform and provide strategic direction across product, design and engineering. You will guide how the team discovers opportunities, sets priorities, delivers work and measures outcomes. You will work closely with senior partners across Retail Banking to ensure the platform meets customer needs and business goals.

  • Proven experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on improving capability and ways of working.
  • The ability to build trust and influence at senior levels, working effectively across business, technology and risk teams.
  • Deep knowledge of card payments platforms, including card networks, digital wallets, token services and industry messaging standards, with curiosity about where payments is heading.
