What role will you play?

As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager for the EMEA region, you will strategically embed within the regional People and Culture team to drive our ambitious DEI agenda. You will provide expert advice, manage programs and change initiatives, and ensure alignment with organisational goals to create an inclusive and welcoming environment. Your role will involve supporting employee network groups, developing impactful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with internal teams on communication, transformation projects and managing external partnerships to maximise learnings and best practices.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives
  • Strong ability to empower and engage colleagues at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management listening and influencing skills
  • Experience in managing and supporting employee network groups
  • Expertise in coordinating diversity, equity and inclusion committees and strategic projects
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
