Our Diversified Infrastructure team within Macquarie Asset Management focuses on investments in Social Infrastructure, Circular Economy, and other core+ spaces. What role will you play?

As a senior leader in our Diversified Infrastructure team, you will drive Macquarie Asset Management's strategy in the healthcare and broader social infrastructure space. You will lead origination, business development, and asset management, reporting to the Head of the Diversified Infrastructure team. Your role will involve investing capital, managing assets, and representing Macquarie Asset Management on relevant boards and committees to ensure our portfolio companies achieve their investment.

What you offer

You will bring extensive experience (15-20 years+) in investment banking, private equity, or principal investing, with a focus on healthcare and/or social infrastructure. You will have board experience, either as a shareholder representative or independent non-executive director (iNED), and exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organisation

If you have a high level of change agility and stakeholder management skills, with a strong sense of personal integrity, a desire to succeed, and the ability to support and guide team development, we would love to hear from you.
