As the Senior EUC Principal Engineer and Global Product Owner of the Windows Desktop Product, you will lead a team of engineers to design, deploy, and maintain solutions using technology services like Windows 10/11, Configuration Manager, Azure Services (Azure AD, Intune MDM), and hardware devices. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the design, implementation, and support of a Windows 10/11 desktop migration to modern management using MDM technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to transforming our existing operational processes for Windows Endpoints to ensure an optimal end-user experience. 

What you offer

  • Extensive experience working with Windows 10/11 and end-user computing from an enterprise perspective
  • Knowledge of MDM technologies such as Intune.
  • Strong understanding of experience design, including the ability to work closely with users to gather input and test designs.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of team performance, mentoring junior talent, and collaborating across functional areas.
  • Strong interest in delivering and enhancing user experience and productivity through modern cloud-managed solutions.
  • Understanding of Service Management, including change, incident, and problem management, as it applies to a large corporate environment and use of an ITSM tool such as Remedy.
  • Experience working in a DevOps and/or Agile environment.
