This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

What role will you play?

As the Employer Brand Manager, you will lead our ANZ and Asia Employer Brand team on end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive applications from our key talent segments. You will work across a variety of channels including our careers website, people blog, social media, email marketing, programmatic and events. You will use your storytelling skills to bring our employer value proposition to life, create content that engages and nurtures candidates, and also play a key role in creating internal marketing campaigns to engage current employees in our employer branding efforts.

A key project over the next twelve months will be creating engaging content for Macquarie’s Candidate Relationship Management system. You will report into the global head of Talent Acquisition and collaborate closely with our recruitment experts across multiple regions.

What you offer

  • Demonstrated experience in employer brand, recruitment or digital marketing. Experience working with a CRM is desired.
  • Strong project management skills and experience designing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working across a variety of digital marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing and programmatic.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including creative writing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
