What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and issuing global employment contracts, as well as facilitating the return of signed employment documents. You will liaise with Recruitment to resolve starter form discrepancies, update HR systems, and answer inquiries. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end starter loading process and coordinate with People and Culture teams for starter requests. Timely action on ServiceNow cases and participation in system testing are also critical aspects of the role. Managing stakeholder communications and the mailbox, conducting data analysis and reporting, and collaborating on strategies and change initiatives, including preparing ad hoc reports, are also part of your responsibilities.

• A multitasker who can work with high volumes and short timeframes while maintaining a consistently high-quality standard of work
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications with competence in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
• Able to work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
• Previous HR experience of the On-boarding process will be an advantage.
