What role will you play?

In this role, you will be applying your platform management and stakeholder management skills to a multi-role team of five senior and two junior platform engineers to oversee delivery of secret management solutions to a GCP platform. A willingness and ability to delegate major pieces of work to senior members of the team while retaining visibility is essential.

What you offer

• You will have experience managing teams of 5-10 engineers with diverse skill levels
• Strong experience in Platform Management enabling cloud services for consumption by application teams
• You will have experience with two or more major programming languages, such as Golang, C/C++, Java, Rust, or similar
• You have a background with GitOps (preferably ArgoCD) and declarative infrastructure as code (Kustomize, Helm, CloudFormation, or Terraform)
• You have real world experience in supporting production applications
• Experience with production environments of Kubernetes or other large-scale container orchestration environments
• 5+ years' experience with hyperscale cloud providers, preferably GCP, in enterprise environments
• Experience with Secrets Management tools or Service to Service Identity Management would be highly regarded.
