What role will you play?

Working in our Kuala Lumpur office, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding the distribution coverage of our structured warrants to retail clients. As a passionate relationship builder, you will drive sales proactively through exploring and generating new leads and distribution channels, building long term relationships with and providing a high level of service to brokers, advisors and investors with a nimble and collaborative approach, and apply your negotiation skills to ultimately drive product sales. By staying up to date on the local and foreign market news, you will be able to add value to relationships, produce content for our social media platforms, and assist in the structuring of new warrants based on investor feedback or market behaviour.

What you offer

  • Existing experience and a proven track record in a financial markets sales role, preferably in equities and/or derivatives
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships with strong communication skills and experience in public speaking
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated, high energy analytical lateral thinker with a can-do attitude, passion in financial markets, strong drive to succeed and willingness to learn
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English. Additional language capability in Mandarin is a plus but not essential to the role.
