At Macquarie, we use the latest BMC Helix and Digital Workplace (DWP) versions for our IT Service Management Platforms. We are looking for an experienced Engineer to develop and support the new services working with a team of engaged technologists.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will provide technical expertise and best-practice guidance on the platforms. You will also collaborate with internal peers, customers, and stakeholders to facilitate the design and implementation of strategic solutions that drive excellent business outcomes. As a member of the team, you will participate in operational support and escalate issues to the Helix/DWP platform supplier when necessary.

What you offer

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting and developing ITSM applications, with expertise in BMC Digital Workplace (DWP) and BMC Remedy/Helix SmartIT.
  • Experience in providing operational support to a large, global Helix ITSM/DWP deployment.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to learn quickly.
  • Able to gather business requirements for DWP or a similar request fulfillment platform and convert them into solution designs.
  • Support an agile-based approach to the delivery and uplift of various request catalogue items/services; provide leadership to the team on designing and deploying ITSM request fulfillment services.
