Our team sits within the Corporate Operations Group and supports the Group’s Chief Operating Officer who is also the Head of the Corporate Operations Group. What role will you play?

In this role you will support the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, who also leads the Corporate Operations Group, with high-level executive assistance. You will manage complex diaries, balance competing internal and external priorities, handle confidential information, and coordinate materials for committees and board meetings. You will organise leadership meetings, offsites and travel, while acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders across divisions including Business Services, Central, Culture Engagement and Communications, Data and AI, Market Services and Technology, using your judgement to navigate changing priorities and deliver effective outcomes. You will support, guide, and advise a broad network of Executive and Group Assistants across the Corporate Operations Group, including facilitating knowledge-sharing opportunities and serving as a trusted sounding board for decision-making.

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • Sound judgement and confidence in handling complex, sensitive situations and making informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, navigate conflicting requirements and work effectively with a wide and diverse group
  • A proactive and detail-focused approach, with the ability to work flexibly and build strong working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Copilot, with a strong focus on leveraging AI to enhance productivity and drive more efficient work practices.
  • Experience organising complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
