We have an exciting opportunity in our Philadelphia office for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders of the Exchange-Traded Funds Team and Global Listed Infrastructure Team. You will work in a fast-paced, interesting, and demanding environment which will offer exposure to business activities.

What role will you play?

Your role will be multi-faceted and blend together responsibilities relating to business finance risk management, executive support, reporting and project management. In this role, you will support the Macquarie Asset Management Equities and Multi-Asset team.

• Experience with calendar management, both internal and external meetings
• Managing travel coordination, both international and domestic
• Experience with financial analysis, reporting and preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
