What role will you play?

You will be responsible for supporting one Executive and two additional Director’s with diary and expense management. In this varied role you will support with extensive diary management, inbox triage, travel organisation, preparations of meeting agendas and packs, tracking actions, document creation and delegating appropriate approvals and managing sign off’s. You will attend leadership team meetings and offsites and play a key role in event preparation and management. You'll be responsible for assisting the wider leadership team with ad-hoc requests including room bookings, ordering technology, setting up new starters, and organising team wide events while acting as the key point of contact for key vendors/ account managers for ad-hoc requests. Furthermore, you play a part in supporting and guiding other assistants in the team.

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proactive Executive Assistant approach, working autonomously with exceptional organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Work well under time pressure and escalate as appropriate in a solutions-based manner
  • Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to liaise, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at an executive level and build rapport with their respective teams.
