Join our team as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within Macquarie Capital in our New York office. As an Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic, fast-paced team within Infrastructure Industrials and Leasing Advisory, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

​While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 4 days a week in our office location.​

What role will you play?

​​In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to a senior executive team, supporting ~8 leaders by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing domestic and international travel using Concur. You will also contribute to broader team and deal-related activities, including document management, cross-regional coordination, and process improvements to enhance efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-visibility position offering direct interaction with senior stakeholders and opportunities to lead initiatives such as team events and engagement activities, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives under pressure.

Salary range for this position: $90,000 - $105,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
