What role will you play?

As an Avature subject matter expert (SME), you will play a significant role in configuring and delivering capabilities across recruitment, offer management, onboarding, and candidate experience within a large-scale transformation programme. You will translate business processes into scalable, effective system configurations using Avature’s platform. You will combine deep platform expertise with delivery ownership to ensure solutions are robust, optimised, and aligned with end-to-end Talent Acquisition workflows and enterprise integration standards.   

What you offer

• 4–8+ years of experience with Avature with proven hands-on configuration and solution delivery expertise
• Strong experience in Avature Recruitment, including offer and onboarding workflows, as well as Portal Apps Builder, Junction, workflows, and forms
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and best practices
• Experience working in integration environments, including APIs and middleware concepts, with strong troubleshooting and optimisation skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable configurations, with experience supporting SIT/UAT, releases, and documentation
