We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic Executive Assistant who will be part of our Corporate Operations Groups supporting our leaders and the entire team. No two days will be alike as you will have a diverse range of responsibilities.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end executive administration for senior leaders, including the coordination of meetings, visits, and key events. You will handle general office administration along with other administrative duties such as travel management, expense management via Concur system, calendar management, and creation of reports and high-quality presentations. 

What you offer

• 4- 9 years of hands-on experience in executive administration or secretarial roles;
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, JIRA, confluence and other relevant applications;
• Assist in employee engagement activities where needed (e.g. organising Foundation Week events, Town Halls etc)
• Assist with preparation of material for Town Halls
• Experience or working knowledge on expense and travel management applications, and the ability to leverage existing systems/templates.
