As an Executive Assistant you will ensure the smooth running of the workplace by supporting daily operations, maintaining a well managed office environment, and providing a professional welcome to colleagues and visitors. Taking ownership of supporting meetings and events spaces, you will manage reservations, meeting amendments and related client communications.

In this dynamic role, you will support multiple senior leaders to manage diaries, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and arrange travel and logistics. Handling expense claims, process invoices, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. 

Overall, you will be instrumental in workplace operations, using your strong communication skills to handle enquiries, manage facilities tasks, and coordinate building communications. Your ability to prioritise and adapt will be key to supporting the team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
