What role will you play?

In this role you will provide senior executive support to our Luxembourg office, as well as one to one Director-level assistance you will also provide support to our wider tax team to manage their day-to-day priorities. Responsible for coordinating schedules, travel, expenses and team activities, while also supporting administrative and tax reporting processes to help the team operate efficiently. Additionally, you will work closely with our guest relations team to coordinate meeting rooms, events and greet visitors to our office.  

What you offer

  • 5 years’ of experience in a similar Senior Executive Assistant role within an international organisation, supporting senior leaders
  • A proactive, positive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements and administrative activities across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling confidential matters with strong judgement.
