Join our global Event Management team as a Cvent Producer based in Gurugram. Support our Corporate Affairs teams in delivering high-quality experiences. The Corporate Affairs division engages with stakeholders to protect Macquarie’s reputation and promote our brand. You will work on various event projects, including client entertainment, conferences, virtual and hybrid events, roadshows, staff engagement, sponsorships, and trade stands.

What role will you play?

As part of an inclusive and vibrant team, you will handle Cvent development and execution of event deliverables, including invitations, event communications scheduling, event websites and apps creation, and registrations management. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet client needs and adhere to corporate brand guidelines.

Additionally, you will participate in marketing brainstorms, contribute to creative ideation, and research new production formats and technologies to enhance Macquarie's experiences. You will work across multiple time zones with a global team of Event Managers and clients to provide appropriate solutions. You will also use Jira Service Desk to log time and document project instructions and communication.

What you offer

  • Cvent Certified with 3+ years of advanced experience in the Cvent event management platform, understanding technical production and best practices
  • Solid understanding of the capabilities of HTML, CSS, and JS
  • Ability to think strategically and collaboratively, manage multiple projects at any given time, and be flexible, creative, possess attention to detail, and meet deadlines while staying within budget
  • Enjoy working in a team environment, learning on the job, and sharing inspiration with an innovative mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Adobe Creative Cloud is an advantage
