What role will you play?

In this role, you will provide trade support services for OTC Equity Derivatives, managing the end to end ISDA confirmation process, resolving confirmation discrepancies, and escalating issues to internal stakeholders as needed. You will prepare and maintain outstanding and monthly confirmation reports to meet internal and regulatory requirements, including manual regulatory trade reporting where applicable. The role also involves managing documentation for listed warrant and participation note issuances and lifecycle events, ensuring timely submission to the Exchange.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a documentation or market operations role in the financial services industry.

• Knowledge in Equity Derivatives product and ISDA confirmation is advantageous.

• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams.

• Proficient in using basic office software like Excel, Word, and email.

• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned documentation tasks.
