What role will you play?

• Demonstratable leadership experience to build and develop an engineering team
• Proven track record designing and developing innovative, industry leading client solutions
• A recognized leader, driving engineering excellence within your team using the latest tools, techniques and AI
• Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and a delivery mindset
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with in and across teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and with senior leaders to influence and lead
• Experience building and operating an external investor facing Portal.

What you offer

• Minimum 15 years of technology experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Demonstratable experience in leading an engineering team to design, build, test, deploy and operate technical solution using Agile methodologies.
• An expert in front end technologies, with significant experience in UX/UI design and implementing sophisticated UIs using JavaScript framework ReactJS.
• Expert level experience in analyzing platform options and leading the teams towards a decision
• Expert level experience in building a modular well architected solution
• Skilled at API integration & microservice architecture to support connection with internal data & platforms
• Understanding of authorization/authentication, security & audit design principles and protocols including OAuth, MFA, CIAM, RBAC etc.
• Technical expertise to support implementation of server-side services including Go & Python
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud technologies such as EKS, EC2, S3 etc.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, AWS Infra as code, API development
• Experience and/or awareness leveraging AI assisted SDLC would be a plus
• Strong experience in integrating and leveraging automated CI/CD processes and tools
• Experience managing agile planning using JIRA and Atlassian tools
