What role will you play?

As a Technology Platform Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, managing platform solutions, and ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of our technology platforms. You will balance innovation with the stability and reliability required in financial platforms. You will maintain our technology platforms, ensuring it meets the high standards of performance, security, and compliance demanded by the financial industry, while also seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

You will lead and support a small team of platform engineers and operations professionals to ensure efficient platform operations and continuous improvement. You will demonstrate good understanding of cloud platforms, systems infrastructure, and platform governance. You will work closely with product, tech and business teams to gather requirements and create solutions using low-code platforms and identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of financial data mapping and transformation
