What role will you play?

You will be responsible for managing your own projects to ensure the business objectives are achieved. This may include venue sourcing, proposal pitching, contract negotiation, pre-event planning, management of budgets, creation and management of risk assessments, mobile app development, execution onsite and post-event reporting. You will also work as part of a group to deliver larger projects which are often staffed across our global team. 

What you offer

  • 10+ years of experience within the events industry managing small to large scale global events, whether in-person, hybrid or online
  • Prior experience using Cvent (or similar) event management platform
  • Prior experience working within the financial services industry
  • Experience leading a project team to organise events in Asia
  • Experience partnering with and advising senior management (Board and CEO level) on their strategic event marketing initiatives.
