Join our Asset Management- Risk team in Luxembourg, where you will be part of a collaborative and dedicated department focused on protecting our organisation and clients from non-financial risks. As a Financial Crime Risk Operations Senior Analyst within the risk management team, you will support the Money Laundering Reporting Officer functions, situated in the second line of defence, for regulated asset management entities in Luxembourg, the UK, and Ireland. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver financial crime risk management operational tasks, including due diligence, incident investigation, and regulatory reporting. Your efforts will help to enhance our financial crime risk frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring our continued commitment to compliance and best practice across the region. This role requires a unique skill set, including stakeholder management, business and data analysis, project management and a commitment to challenging the norm and advancing innovation.

What you offer

  • Degree qualified
  • Three to five years’ experience in asset management or financial services
  • Experience in financial crime risk, KYC/financial crime operations, regulatory consulting, or similar
  • Knowledge of and interest in financial crime laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organised, with a proactive attitude and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
