What role will you play?

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will partner with Equity Finance traders and central functions to design and build solutions that evolve with the business. You will drive the expansion of our dashboards and tools, scale key services to support growing activity, and ensure the trading technology ecosystem is supported, reliable and high performing. You will work end-to-end owning analysis, development, and testing with front-to-back exposure. We operate in a fast-paced environment that prioritises strategic solutions and quick execution, giving you autonomy to implement ideas that improve the platform, both functionally and technologically.

What you offer

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a developer in financial services
  • Strong experience with C#/.NET
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS; experience with AWS is an advantage
  • Experience with databases such as MSSQL and MongoDB is a plus
  • Familiarity with microservices, APIs, TDD, unit testing, and SDLC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management across both IT and business sectors
  • Knowledge of Stock Loan, collateral margining, and swaps is a strong advantage.
