What role will you play?

You will be part of the core platform team operating and building our next generation cloud based Digital Contact Centre. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of agile software development and will own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the platforms of your team.

You will operate across the full stack and build highly scalable omni-channel contact centre solutions that enable positive user experiences. You will work with technical Business Analysts to develop new features and shape the best solution, adhering to best practices and high standards for code quality and application design. Your daily responsibilities will encompass both the role of a Software Engineer and a mentor to junior Engineers as you play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and improvement within the team.

What you offer

  • Hands-on experience and strong skills with NodesJS, Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS
  • Experience in building large-scale software applications
  • Experience in automated unit and integration testing
  • Thorough understanding and experience of APIs/microservices architecture
  • Demonstrable ability to break down problems and solve them systematically
  • Experience in Contact Centre Platforms like Twilio Flex, Amazon Connect or Genesys
  • Experience in CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines
  • TDD Development, SRE
