Join our Sydney-based Client Solutions team within the Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) Futures Division. Our business provides clients with access to Trade Execution, Clearing, Settlement and Deliveries on over 50 Exchanges globally.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will work closely with sales, front office and operations teams across Australia, Singapore, USA, UK and Europe. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients to ensure an excellent client experience.

You will be responsible for coordinating the operational setup of clients across execution, clearing, and settlement platforms, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

You will maintain proactive and ongoing engagement with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency. Working closely with internal teams, you will design, create, and deliver customized client reports tailored to their specific needs. Additionally, you will facilitate the smooth settlement and delivery of exchange-traded derivatives, and FX portfolio management. As a client advocate, you will collaborate with internal teams to address any issues promptly, ensuring exceptional support and a high-quality customer experience.


What you offer

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, including 5 years in a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated client service and excellent stakeholder and relationship management / communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver to customers
  • Experience within financial services with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different regions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
