What role will you play?

In collaboration with stakeholders, you will be responsible for the governance of roles, supporting the scope of work transitions, assessing outsourcing risk, performing business impact assessment and data privacy risk requirements in our offshore locations. You will also be involved in conducting reviews of governance controls, gathering necessary evidence and securing sign-offs, as well as producing reports and deriving insightful analysis from the data and reviews conducted. Utilising tools such as SharePoint and One Drive, you will oversee the maintenance of records and organisation of data and information repositories.

In addition, your responsibilities will also include coordinating resilience planning, exercises and testing on a global scale, as well as managing intra-group outsourcing arrangements, managing communications and coordinating initiatives across teams, functions and offices.

  • Experience in coordinating projects, initiatives or changes
  • Success in building relationships with peers and stakeholders locally and across geographies
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong initiative and good written and verbal communication skills
  • A background in risk management or prior work experience in financial services is an advantage.

About the Risk Management Group

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
