Help shape the governance framework of a growing private credit and insurance platform. Joining Macquarie Asset Management’s Credit and Insurance business, you will play a key role in supporting fund structures and legal entities across Europe, working at the centre of strategic initiatives that enable the business to grow and operate effectively.

What role will you play?

Working within Macquarie Asset Management’s Credit and Insurance business, you will provide governance and company secretarial support across a diverse portfolio of group and managed entities throughout Europe. Collaborating closely with legal colleagues and key stakeholders, you will help establish and maintain private fund structures, oversee governance processes and outsourced service providers, support boards and entity management activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of new business initiatives. Your work will help ensure strong governance practices, regulatory compliance, and efficient operational outcomes across a growing business. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 4 days a week in our advertised location.

What you offer

  • Qualified chartered secretary or governance professional (preferably CGI)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in private credit investment fund structures, though any private fund or asset management experience would be acceptable
  • Good organiser and communicator with a can-do and collaborative attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Confident to operate with some autonomy, use sound judgement to find solutions
  • Strong document management skills and familiarity with document storage systems
  • Proficiency in using Diligent Entities, Diligent Boardbooks, Docusign and Microsoft Office software
  • Familiarity with AI tools, ideally Copilot, Claude and Harvey
  • Appetite to work in a growing Credit business and to support the business in new initiatives
