Join our Human Resources team and make significant impact as an HR Business Partner. You will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders across an employee base of approximately 900 in India to design and execute people strategy focusing on talent, culture, reward and leadership.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for the alignment of business and HR strategy. You will provide catalytic support to enable business transformation. You will also maintain an effective level of business understanding, lead operational HR for the business, and partner to develop and execute talent strategy so that it is consistent with our organizational culture. 

What you offer

  • Excellent business partnering skills with 15+ years of relevant experience;
  • Hands-on experience implementing frameworks to engage, develop, and retain high potential performers, and developmental initiatives to upskill and reskill employees;
  • Experience on designing and driving the execution of DEI strategies within the business tailored by division and region;
  • Experience managing end-to-end performance management cycle working closely with Rewards team to manage delivery of the year-end remuneration process;
  • Proven ability working with various HR teams and stakeholders (at local and global level) to drive strong performance management culture, manage complex people matters, support resourcing strategy, translate business requirements to HR initiatives and deliver human resources strategy across the business group you support.
