What role will you play?

In this role, you will play a significant role in the development and implementation of real estate strategies that align with business objectives whilst conducting market research and leading lease negotiations. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will manage lease compliance, renewals, terminations, perform financial analysis, manage budgets and oversee projects from start to finish. 

What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications in real estate (e.g., RICS, CCIM) is advantageous.
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in corporate real estate, with a strong background in strategic planning, lease negotiation, and project management.
  • Deep understanding of real estate markets and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
