What role will you play?

In this role, you will utilise your Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition experience and bring your expertise to source, attract, and assess the very best talent in the financial services and retail banking industry. You will build credibility, thrive when given accountability and drive trust as you deliver in this role.
You will need to be adaptable in a fast-paced complex environment that is constantly changing. In addition, you will have a client service ethic that is second to none, a proven capability in delivering innovative attraction and sourcing strategies and a strong background in retail banking and volume recruitment.

- Proven experience and expertise in Recruitment, particularly in either a volume or retail banking capacity
- Highly organized and deadline driven
- Exceptional ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and recommendations
- Passionate about engaging with candidates and understanding their career aspirations
- Strong experience in leveraging market intelligence to identify top talent, anticipate industry trends, and inform recruitment strategies
- Have a solid understanding of the market and have recruited within or for large enterprise environments
