What role will you play?

In this role you will be the accountable leader for Strategy & Governance for our identity and access management capability helping the program define and design robust controls, embed Cyber Security standards and establish structured governance practices across areas such as access management and privileged access for people, systems and agents. This is a high impact role supporting and executing alongside multiple work-streams and manage diverse stakeholders representing technology, risk management and Macquarie business operations. 

What you offer

  • Proven experience leading functions in technology, cyber security, engineering or another technical domain.  
  • Experience in designing and testing Technology risk controls through regulatory, assurance, audits, IT security reviews. 
  • Experience in operationalising, designing security risk frameworks and implementing technical controls.  
  • Delivery experience gained from complex, large-scale transformation change initiatives in a technology, cyber or digital transformation. 
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to understand and abstract technical information and transform into commonly understood business language, along with production of high-quality artefacts. 
  • Have proven ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate resilience. Ability to drive and prioritise your own work and be able to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
