What role will you play?

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Employee Experience strategy through data-driven insights. Your work will focus on connecting our EX programs to tangible business outcomes and building a forward-looking view of our organisational health. Your core responsibilities will include translating EX initiatives into measurable commercial outcomes and building predictive dashboards that link organisational health to performance. You will optimise EX investment by analysing data to target initiatives that improve capability and engagement. You will create high‑quality dashboards and reports while continually improving analytical methods and maintaining strong data integrity. You will also unlock insights from internal communication and learning assets to guide strategy, understand sentiment, and support effective governance.

What you offer

  • A bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel for conducting analysis and reporting.
  • Direct experience with one or more major data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBI, or Quicksight.
  • A solid understanding of data structures and data modeling principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present data and insights clearly, including exposure to PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative spirit with a strong belief in open communication and teamwork; you are someone who actively supports your colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve shared results.
