Join our Intermediary Services team as an Intermediary Services Executive in Kansas City or Philadelphia, supporting our Broker Services team. In this support role, you will be providing service, support, and oversight of our sub-Transfer Agent, BNY, along with our back-office relationships with intermediaries. The Broker Services team also works alongside the Transfer Agent Admin team to support special projects and day-to-day operations.

This position is part of the Macquarie Funds Intermediary Services team with crossover supporting processes and projects within our Transfer Agent Administration team. In this role, your responsibilities include providing service, support and oversight of our back-office relationships with Intermediaries that distribute the Macquarie mutual funds. The role interacts with back-office personnel from Intermediaries such as Broker Dealers, Banks and Third Party Administrators, as well as the Funds’ Transfer Agent and internal departments such as Product Management, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting and Corporate Accounting.

What you offer

• 3+ years of industry related experience in Financial Services and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study
• Knowledge of mutual fund transfer agent and Back Office operations helpful
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Individual must demonstrate strong interaction skills with Intermediaries, internal departments and external vendors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
