What role will you play?

As part of a team that delivers in both agile and waterfall methodologies, you will be involved in stakeholder engagement, business consultation and requirements gathering, change impact analysis (including requirements for change impact), backlog prioritisation, process mapping and process improvement. You will partner closely with colleagues from across various teams in HR and Technology to understand customer needs, identify impacted stakeholders, propose solutions, capture, document and present your findings and contribute to delivery prioritisation and planning.
What you offer

- Capability in understanding and defining business requirements, acceptance criteria, testing approaches and execution
- Experience in process mapping and process improvement (standardisation, streamlining, efficiency)
- Curios and self-driven to navigate problems and look for solutions
- Experience with agile methodology and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills, tailoring your approach to meet stakeholder needs
- A collaborative, outcome-focused approach, with an emphasis on building strong relationships.
