What role will you play?

You will play a vital role in a varied and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for facilitating client onboarding, driving business improvement programs, assisting with new business initiatives, preparing presentations for governance forums, and providing general support and insights for business stakeholders and leadership. As a Business Manager based in Hong Kong, you will contribute to strategy, drive change initiatives, and support operational excellence and cost efficiency for the Macquarie Capital Equities division globally, with a focus on our Asia regional presence.

What you offer

  • Experience in business management, delivery of change initiatives, client onboarding, and/or financial markets would be an advantage. Fresh or recent graduates are welcome
  • Strong achievement drive, resilience and a proactive problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • An innovative outlook with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • High levels of integrity and a commitment to operational excellence
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Able to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
