Our Business Management team is a central function within the Personal Banking division, working as part of the Chief Operating Officer’s team. We enable the success of Personal Banking by driving both daily operations and strategic development, collaborating closely with teams across sales, product, finance, and risk to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively.

What role will you play?

As a key member of the Business Management team, you will help maintain operational stability and contribute to the strategic growth of Personal Banking. You will work at the heart of our business, supporting performance, managing risk, and delivering on divisional priorities through a broad range of responsibilities. In this role you will work closely with diverse teams, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and make a meaningful impact on the division’s success.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and engage a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with ThoughtSpot advantageous
  • High attention to detail and sound commercial judgement
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a strategic approach to problem solving.
