What role will you play?

You will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance policies by conducting AML and non-AML due diligence on both incoming and existing clients or counterparties, managing the KYC case pipeline to ensure accurate status updates, and performing research to identify adverse news, sanctions or PEPs. You will also be responsible for escalating high-risk findings, maintaining accurate client data and documentation in our databases, and collaborating with global teams to meet KYC requirements in line with compliance and regulatory standards.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cross-training initiatives on other AML activities within the broader regional and global teams as well as participate in change initiatives, reporting and audit activities to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What you offer

  • 5+ years of working experience in KYC, performing onboarding/refresh process and the associated regulatory controls
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to summarise complex findings
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Diligent with good attention to detail, prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Strong risk control mindset
  • Experience working within a financial institution performing in a similar control function
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and exposure to AI tools will be an advantage.
