In this role, you will play a key role in shaping our customer and onboarding experience globally. Beyond your immediate responsibilities, you will also find opportunities to contribute to change and strategic initiatives which eventually will support you in building expertise and critical knowledge to excel.

What you offer

• 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in KYC & Onboarding or in a similar support role; 
• Good working knowledge of KYC processes, which includes an in-depth understanding of KYC documentation, policies, and risk assessments. You are also able to navigate the complexities of compliance with confidence;
• Outcome-driven and adept at working and collaborating in a team;
• Exceptional problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills;
• Adaptable in an ambiguous environment and exhibits strong learning mindset.
