We are looking for a motivated Delivery Manager to join our exciting multi-year transformation program and deliver the implementation of strategic regulatory liquidity calculations and reporting, supported by new data architecture and technology.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will manage one or more Commodities and Global Markets aligned teams who have been tasked with delivering the build of the Liquidity Coverage Ratio and Fire-drill calculations, which are based on products traded by the business which include interest rate, equity, FX and commodity derivatives, and traded loans.

You will join a high performing cross functional team of subject matter experts, Business Analysts and Engineers, and closely with other Liquidity Delivery Managers, Technology Leads, Data Architects and other specialists.

What you offer

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
• Experience in design and build of regulatory calculations for banking organisations
• Ability to manage complex technical and process change – ensuring that the impact on people and process is managed alongside technical implementation
• Organisation and scheduling skills with excellent dependency management
• Excellent people management skills and the ability to guide and lead a cross functional team
• Strong, multi-level stakeholder and relationship management skills.
