What role will you play?

As Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead a team of engineers and technical business analysts in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the UAM platforms and infrastructure. You will advocate for SRE best practices, adopt observability tools, as well as identify and reduce toil through automation.

In collaboration with engineering leaders from other teams or platforms, you will be responsible in exploring innovative solutions to ensure security, reliability and optimum performance of our identity and access management platforms. In addition, you will participate in incident management and team roster activities and be involved in reviewing and improving our processes.

What you offer

  • Strong programming and problem-solving skills with a general programming language (Java preferred)
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, or SIEM tools such as Splunk
  • Experience with continuous integration and relevant tools, such as Git, and Atlassian products like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, etc.
  • Critical thinking skills, with extensive experience in supporting mission critical systems
  • Practical experience in cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services
  • Understanding of Agile development processes, release management processes and production support
  • Ability to operate as part of a team in a changing environment with a proven record of transforming existing capabilities and processes while maintaining service quality
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams globally.
