What role will you play?

You will be responsible to submit KYC requests and manage conflicts checks, ensure compliance with the risk management framework, policies, and procedures. You will oversee the settling of secondary loan /bonds trades, both manually and via Clearpar. Your role will also include leading and mentoring a team of associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development, and supervise the processing of loan utilisations, rollovers, interest payments (cash and PIK), repayments, and prepayments.

• You will be part of a team that is responsible for the operational management, from pre-settlement, to maturity, of a varied investment portfolio of debt and equity transactions across a wide range of industries in both the corporate and real estate sectors
• Working closely with key internal stakeholders, including front office, risk, finance, and legal teams
• You’ll oversee the systems setup, settlement, and ongoing management for transactions whilst ensuring that our risk management framework, policies, and procedures are met. You will oversee primary and secondary loan and equity bookings and ongoing administration in LoanIQ and other associated systems
• You will also oversee the funding and management of deal cash flows and ensure timely management of borrower covenants and information undertakings
