Join our regional Corporate Access team in Kuala Lumpur to support the continuous growth of our Equities business in Asia. You will be part of a supportive and high performing team, working internally with front office teams and externally with various vendors and business partners to drive and maintain robust Corporate Access pipelines with a focus in Singapore and Malaysia.

What role will you play?

In collaboration with our Sales, Research and Investment Banking teams, you will be responsible for executing a variety of corporate events, conferences and Zoom Webinars which involves sourcing interesting speakers, drafting invitations, organising travel and bespoke trips, arranging ground transportation and visa applications for the team and offshore visitors. You will also liaise with the global Corporate Access team on deliverables and event content and create and maintain all event material including company schedules, investor profiles and feedback documents, etc.

Working in a fast-paced sales and trading environment, your role will involve extensive inbox and diary management, including internal and external meeting arrangement and travel management among other corporate access/administrative duties.

What you offer

  • 5 years’ experience providing corporate access support within the financial services industry. Experience as an Executive/Team Assistant with exposure to conferences, roadshows, event management would also be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in providing seamless logistical and team support in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills, acute attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication and administrative skills. Additional language skills in Mandarin will be beneficial.
  • An effective multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with excellent time management skills to respond quickly to ad hoc requests
  • Hands-on experience with Zoom Webinar, Dealogic, Excel, PowerPoint and Concur would be highly beneficial.
