You will play a pivotal role as a test manager working on various initiatives driven by regulatory requirements. You will be responsible in defining test strategies and test planning for medium to large scale projects, ensuring the system build is in line with business requirements and any deviations/defects are reported, managed, and resolved on time. Excellent communication skills to drive conversations effectively with stakeholders and proactively highlighting any issues to project managers and senior stakeholders

Our Group Treasury team manages funding, capital, and liquidity position of Macquarie and develops internal liquidity frameworks, interprets regulatory requirements, and monitors compliance. Joining our team will provide you an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive work environment. 

What you offer

• Must have liquidity domain knowledge;
• Good understanding of balance sheet, accounting policies for banks and internal liquidity frameworks;
• Degree qualification in either Accounting/Finance or Information Technology with minimum 10 years of post-qualification testing experience with willingness to take complete ownership and provide direction in ambiguous situation;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to drive conversations effectively whilst highlighting project issues to project managers and senior stakeholders;
• Strong knowledge of various testing tools, automations and databases.
