As a manager, you will help drive governance and monitor Compliance processes and procedures as well as prepare reporting on Compliance risks and operational effectiveness for senior management. You will contribute to the development and review of Macquarie-wide policies and business-specific standards and procedures, ensuring they remain fit for purpose in the context of our internal and external risk and reflect Macquarie’s regulatory requirements. In addition, you will contribute to the uplift and effective use of Macquarie’s governance, risk management, and compliance platform and support the development of enhanced data governance and analysis across the Compliance division. You will join a high performing team and work directly with stakeholders across Compliance and the Risk Management Group, while gaining global exposure to Macquarie’s Operating and Central Support Groups

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
