We have an exciting opportunity to join our global Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team in Hyderabad and play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s cybersecurity governance program. The BISO team provides cybersecurity subject matter expertise to help the business navigate an evolving regulatory environment, advising on how regulatory requirements can be addressed through effective security controls in partnership with Compliance and Risk teams.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will apply your cybersecurity and risk expertise to assess, interpret, and respond to requests from auditors, clients, and regulators. You will analyse control evidence, translating complex security practices into clear, high-quality responses, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and cybersecurity standards. As part of the BISO Centre of Expertise, you will collaborate with security, risk, and client-facing teams to deliver accurate, timely evidence supporting evolving regulatory requirements.

What you offer

• 9+ years of experience in cyber security governance, risk and compliance, IT audit or technology assurance, ideally within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Working knowledge with cyber and risk frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS) and familiarity with regulatory requirements for cybersecurity (e.g. APRA, MAS, NYDFS, SEBI) relevant to global financial services.
• Hands-on experience completing cyber due diligence questionnaires and managing audit requests with the ability to translate technical detail into clear responses.
• Ability to own outcomes, work on multiple deliverables in parallel and work across a global stakeholder group to meet deadlines.
• Recognized industry certifications (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISM) with strong demonstrative risk and security expertise is highly advantageous.
